Service Description

Join us for SUP Sculpt, with Kristin! SUP Sculpt is a 60 minute SUP class, combining stretch, total body toning and cardio! We begin with a 20 minute land and sea power stretch, followed by a 30 minute SUP workout combing high and low intensity paddling.
